About Luckymate
Luckymate is a UK-facing betting and casino brand operating under a UK Gambling Commission licence, with its Lucky Rush promotion run by Playtech PLC. This page summarises the operator’s published rules and company details; the operator’s own documents remain the authoritative text in every case.
Who We Are
Luckymate positions itself as a fully UKGC licensed sportsbook and casino, regulated and audited to meet strict UK standards. The operator describes its product as secure, legitimate, and tuned in to how UK punters actually bet — horse racing is singled out in its own materials as a core focus. The brand’s promotional activity, including the Lucky Rush network leaderboards, is promoted by Playtech PLC, whose registered address is Ground Floor, St George’s Court, Upper Church Street, Douglas IM 1 1EE, Isle of Man.
As a UK Gambling Commission licensed betting site, the operator states that it takes safe gambling seriously. Everything on the platform runs under its UKGC licence, which the operator ties to strict standards for fairness, transparency and responsible operation.
Licensing and Regulation
Luckymate is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. The operator states that the site is fully regulated and audited to meet strict UK standards, and frames the licence as the basis of its fairness, transparency and responsible-operation commitments. For a UK reader, this is the single most consequential fact on the page: UKGC oversight means the operator answers to the British regulator on player fund handling, game fairness and safer gambling obligations, rather than to an offshore authority.
Our Products and Services
Luckymate runs a sportsbook alongside casino tournament content. The sportsbook covers UK-facing betting markets with a stated emphasis on horse racing, while the casino side is built around recurring tournaments, network leaderboards and wheel-based reward mechanics, with Playtech PLC acting as promoter of the Lucky Rush promotion.
Early Payout
Early Payout settles a bet before the event finishes, once the chosen team or player takes a qualifying lead. Winnings are locked in as soon as the qualifying conditions are met — even if the game takes a different turn afterwards.
Bet Builder
Bet Builder lets punters create a custom bet on a single event by combining different outcomes, such as match winner plus both teams to score. The odds are calculated automatically.
ACCA Boost
ACCA Boost adds extra winnings on multiple bets. The more selections in the accumulator, the bigger the boost.
Tournaments
Players climb the leaderboard by playing qualifying games, earn points as they play, and finish as high as they can before the tournament ends.
Weekly Wheel
Playing selected games lets players collect 3 Wheel Pieces and unlock a guaranteed reward — Bonus Spins, instant cash, or multipliers up to 100,000x. More on this: Luckymate Casino bonus.
Daily Tournaments
Daily Tournaments run a leaderboard format where players battle it out for up to £3,000 in cash every day.
Lucky Rush Leaderboards
The Lucky Rush promotion, promoted by Playtech PLC, consists of 45 network leaderboards with dates listed by the operator. After joining each leaderboard, a player can play 10,000 spins that count towards points earning.
The Pumpkin Pot
The Pumpkin Pot is a tournament that runs from 29.10.2026 (Thursday), 12:00 (UTC) until 02.11.2026 (Monday), 23:59 (UTC). Players earn tournament points by placing qualifying cash bets on participating games during the tournament period.
Security, Fair Play and Responsible Gambling
The operator’s UKGC licence underpins its stated commitments to fairness, transparency and responsible operation, and Luckymate states directly that it takes safe gambling seriously as a licensed UK site. The dedicated policies sit elsewhere on this site: Luckymate responsible gambling, Luckymate terms and conditions and Luckymate privacy policy.
